I have long been fascinated by the former location of the Bolsa Chica Gun Club. It sat there from 1899 until about 1964, and those palm trees were planted there in the early 1900s. So much history on that spot; so many stories and myths and legends. In the springtime, when the coastal sunflowers are blooming I think it’s one of the most beautiful spots in the area. I wanted to commemorate it in a special way and so here you go. Enjoy the photo, and by all means take a walk out there when the time is right to enjoy the beauty.
