Collection: Night Moves Night Club Huntington Beach

For about five years starting in the mid-1980s, Night Moves, the dark, smoky, cavern-like club was a hot bed for the punk and alternative music scene. Sonic Youth, Hole, the Lords of the New Church, Soul Asylum, Bad Religion and Circle Jerks among many others all pulled in to play at 5902 Warner Ave. The distinctive “bat” logo is still fondly remembered today and we celebrate the cramped (295 capacity) classic venue with a new collection. Tucked away in the shopping center corner near Del Taco, today it’s a gym, but do you remember? Were you there? Who did you see play? Long before local greats Avenged Sevenfold re-introduced a bat logo to HB, it was Night Moves.
